The Way I See It #76

The irony of commitment is that it's deeply liberating - in work, in play, in love. The act frees you from the tyranny of your internal critic, from the fear that likes to dress itself up and parade around as rational hesitation. To commit is to remove your head as the barrier to your life.

  2. Ha, Kass! Love the tailoring details of Dad's slacks. VERY good.

Isn't that the most beautiful image? There are many more to be shared. This is less than 10 miles from our front doors. There is a reason it is called RED Rock Canyon. After a rain, water collects in the little tinajos as you can see. Several hours after a storm, while the clouds are still in the sky, the reflections in the water, posed against the wet red rock . . . I submit that a person truly could expire from taking in too much beauty at one sitting.

I hope Shari sees it soon, as it was meant as a birthday card for her.

  3. Shari sends thanks for the birthday present. She figured out what we were looking at and had to explain it to me. I love smart women. WV the sound a flat tire makes-vilop, vilop, vilop.

  4. I'm so happy she got it! Also, my description to Kass can be seen above. Any time you're not sure about the photo, ask away. I can tell it all in detail!
